Today I Made The Decisions For The Rest of My Life

I just made three major decisions this weekend. One is I accepted the fact that I probably will not find a partner in life. I've dreamt about my wedding and looking beautiful in it. Now I decided that I'll have a big birthday celebration when I turn 40 next year. I'd like to have this opportunity to celebrate myself, to have people tell me what they like about me and hear well wishes and laughters with me.

The second is that I'll have a baby on my own, probably in 2013. I'll try to conceive after my birthday next year. I need to smooth over the logistics before then, figure out which city I'll live in, if I'll change job, build a circle of friends, find a good apartment, and find a live-in nanny, etc., etc. I'm enjoying shopping for sperms :-).

The third is only a major decision for a girl - I'm going to cut my hair short. Unless I get cosmetic surgery, I'm too old for long hair now. The long hair makes me look tired now. The only reason I kept my hair long is because I think it looks sexy, which I don't need any more. I'd rather look more deferent, more myself.
